Our Vision
What we do

Our aims are to channel the energy, emotions, aspirations and talents of disadvantaged young people and their families to bring positive and lasting change to their lives and communities. We aim to drive social change by empowering these people not only to help themselves, but to also help others in turn. In this way we create long-term, sustainable change. We achieve these objectives through a core portfolio of keyworking, mentoring and education and training services supplemented by arts, sports, health and social care activities.
We aim to deliver our services in partnership with local and national clients in a way that truly reflects and meets their needs and ways of working. We also aim to sustain and build upon our excellent reputation and track record that we have developed over 20 years through working with thousands of individuals, and to develop models of best practice that inspire our partners and stakeholders, raising the benchmark for work in our field.
