Heartbeat has provided a variety of interventions and programmes, particularly for young people and parents, both in the community and from our Every Child Matters Services Hub in Southwark. Working alongside the education, statutory and community sectors, we take pride in delivering high-quality services, skills and resources.
Heartbeat formed an award winning community arm known as HeartBeat Communiversity with an aim to positively channel the energy and talents of local people and communities that often feel excluded from mainstream society. The boroughs that we operate within are frequently highlighted as suffering from the highest levels of deprivation in the United Kingdom.
