More Power 2 You
A programme for disadvantaged parents providing life coaching, parenting skills training and social networking opportunities. Featured by the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) as an example of excellent practice in the 2007 publication ‘VCS Engage’ and as a model of best practice at the 2009 Children England conference on ‘Engaging Marginalised Communities’. The programme had a phenomenal rate of engagement, working with over 300 BAME parents over a 3 year period.

Youth Empowerment Now!
An award-winning programme for turning marginalised and disadvantaged young people into leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, community influencers and youth sector contributors. Awards include the 2008 Greater London Enterprise Award for Outstanding Contribution to Community, the Diana Certificate of Excellence Award (2009) for 30 young people and 7 Southwark Star Awards for individual members.

Higher SATs 4 All
A 12-week intervention programme that helped underperforming, challenged and at-risk primary and secondary school students to improve their attendance at school, achieve more and avoid exclusion and underachievement. The programme worked with over 2000 pupils in over 40 schools in 7 London Boroughs. The programme has been commended for its contribution to the reduction in the number of exclusions, reductions in local crime and improvements in exam results/school league tables for participating schools.

Academy Plus
An extracurricular arts, sports and self-development programme for 13-19 year olds. It is currently funded by the DCSF through the YSDF program.
Kickstart Government Employment Scheme 16-24 Year Olds
A programme helping unemployed youth from ages 16-24, get a kickstart in their working careers. We recruited, trained and placed 75 young people in fields of Mentoring, accounting, creative arts, social media marketing & film within our organisation and network. With 20% of young people being given permanent jobs within our network as well as other companies within the wider job marketplace.

NEET 2 Elite
A qualification-based programme helping Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) 16-18 year olds to get back into education or into work. The programme has an 80% success rate for placing these young people into ’positive destinations’ where they are either earning or learning. It has been adopted by local authorities (Croydon Council, Southwark Council) and other third-sector agencies (including Kid’s Company).

Our Minds, Our Hearts
A preventative mental health programme working with vulnerable young people at St Michael’s School in Bermondsey.

Junior Academy
An extracurricular arts, sports and self-development programme for 10-13 year olds. Together with the Academy Plus the programme attracted almost 1000 young people
